Not only are the original lightning caused fire still burning, most with a vengeance, but there are several new fires.
Add in the gusty North Wind, 20+mph with gusts to 35, and a number of fires in much of Oregon and we have a toxic breathing situation.

I wish I'd captured the earlier image, when the fire north of Sac had just started.
At least the temp is back down to the double digits.
