Does it really matter?

So . . .   there we were* on Michigan Avenue, specifically South Michigan Avenue so it wasn't the part known as the Magnificent Mile.
Still, it's fairly spectacular [for a paved street that runs in a straight line].
Actually we walked mostly in the park and found our way to Lakeshore Blvd.

Sometime, early in this trek [I think], we had our first encounter with a Chicago Dog.

    The trees are beautiful. Some of the highways here used to be tree-lined, until they had to be widened.
